Vitacca Ballet is seeking professional dance artists with a strong classical foundation, advanced creation skills, and a desire for a collaborative workspace. Dancers may apply by Video Submission for April 5 audition invitation, or solely attend April 5 open call in-person audition in Houston, TX. All dancers are required to be seen in person for consideration.

Video submissions open through March 1, 2025 for In-Person Audition Invitation.

  • Vitacca Summer Ballet Intensive Audition Videos must include:

    • Dancer introduction with full name, resume, and headshot

    • Four to five barre exercises (one side)

    • Center adagio including développé a la seconde on both right and left, and en dehors pirouette

    • Center contemporary phrasing on flat

    • Ladies - Center pointe work including a pirouette, pique arabesque, and extension of choice


    Please upload your video to either Youtube or Vimeo once complete.

    1. REGISTER: Please register for video auditions using the audition registration link, and select the Video Audition option. Your confirmation email will include additional details about submitting your video audition.

    2. SEND MATERIALS: At time of registration, please submit current headshot via email to–
